What we do

We help families, living in West Nashville, TN to Middle TN, navigate Assisted Living, Memory Care, And Skilled Nursing Options based on individual needs.  Our RN-Guided Approach focuses on Safety, Appropriate Care Levels and Long Term stability. There is never a cost to seniors or families for placement services, unless alternative arrangements are discussed and agreed to beforehand.

Why Families Choose Clear Senior Solutions

Choosing senior living is overwhelming. We simplify the process with guidance informed by Registered Nurse experience and a deep understanding of senior care environments.

Unlike traditional referral services, we focus on:

  • Understanding daily care and safety needs

  • Explaining differences between assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing

  • Helping families ask the right questions before choosing a community

  • Prioritizing appropriate placement and long-term stability

Our role is to educate, guide, and support — so families can make confident, informed decisions.

(RN credentials are used to inform care-level guidance and placement recommendations. We obviously do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.  That is provided by the community or facility)

Why RN-Guided Placement Matters

Why RN Experience Makes a Difference

  • Understanding of medical complexity and chronic conditions

  • Insight into cognitive decline and memory care needs

  • Knowledge of care levels, staffing, and regulations

  • Advocacy rooted in healthcare experience not known by national placement services

This approach helps families avoid inappropriate placements and unnecessary transitions.
